Kalm Kode offers practical tools, guides, digital products, and technology services that help people solve everyday problems and simplify their work and lives. These terms explain the basis of purchases from Kalm Kode.

What you purchase

The product description or agreed service quote identifies what is included, the price, and how delivery or access will be provided. Any requirements for using a digital product should be stated in its description before purchase.

Digital products

Permitted use of a guide, template, tool, or other digital product is described on its product page or in its included license. Please contact us before purchasing if you need clarification about sharing, modifying, or using a product in work for others. Any special license terms should be provided before purchase.

Custom services

Before work begins, we agree with you on the scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, and delivery arrangements in a written quote or project agreement. That agreement also identifies any materials, access, or decisions needed from you. Changes to the scope, price, or schedule are agreed in writing.

Refunds and cancellations

For digital products, we help resolve access or file problems, refund duplicate purchases, and refund products materially different from their description when we cannot resolve the issue. For custom services, cancellation before work begins receives a full refund of the amount paid for that service. After work begins, we refund the unused portion based on work completed and the agreed quote. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for how to request help.
